Liam Grant (Managing Director)
After graduating from Pace University in NYC Liam immediately entered the financial world working within the corporate environment of a publicly traded hospitality group.
With this experience he left New York to settle in Miami to help create a restaurant night spot in Brickell.
Currently Liam is a principal in a very unique niche business called Gourmet Booze llc that supplies non- alcoholic drink mixes and batches to Miami’s leading hospitality group providing their upscale restaurants and night clubs with full bar services.
Stuart Grant
Stuart Grant started his real estate career straight out of college in his hometown of London back in the late 1970’s.
He was active in both residential and commercial transactions while at a boutique estate agency Reiff Diner & Co in the west end of London. It was from this experience that Stuart left to form his own agency specializing in acquiring prime grocery store locations throughout the UK and converting them into specialized indoor boutique retail space.
In 1986 Stuart relocated to Los Angeles and formed a company that provided marketing solutions to the legal community, that he ran for over 30 years before moving his family to Florida.
Stuart was also one of the original partners in creating the publicly traded international hospitality company The One Group, which owns and operates various restaurant chains including STK steakhouse and Kona Grill.
